Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from us. This policy explains how refunds, transfers and cancellations work for the bootcamp and for the desktop app. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. The bootcamp guarantee
“100% money-back if you don’t ship at least one app in the 3 weeks.”
If you turn up, do the work, and still do not ship, you do not pay. To claim, email hello@zeroshotsgiven.com within 14 days of your cohort’s final session, and we will refund your bootcamp fee in full.
2. Transferring to another cohort
- Plans change. If you cannot attend your cohort, you can ask to transfer your seat to a future cohort.
- Tell us as early as you can, and at least 7 days before your cohort starts, and we will move you to the next available cohort at no extra charge.
- Requests made inside 7 days are handled case by case, subject to availability.
- As standard, a seat can be transferred to a future cohort once.
3. Cancelling your seat
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your cohort starts, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to a future cohort.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the start, we can offer a transfer to a future cohort, as we will have reserved your place and committed resources.
- Once a cohort has started, the bootcamp guarantee in section 1 is how we make things right.
4. If we change or cancel a cohort
If we cancel a cohort, or reschedule it in a way that no longer works for you, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another cohort.
5. The desktop app
Money-back if the app doesn’t run on your machine.
The desktop app is a one-off purchase. If the installer doesn’t work on your machine, email us within 30 days for a full refund. Please include a short description of the problem and your device, so we can help you or refund you.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. How to make a claim
Email hello@zeroshotsgiven.com with your name, what you bought, and, for the app, a short description of the issue. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
